For cleaning the fabric after enzymatic treatments. It can be installed on the Rope opener & slitting lines, or at padder in the Stenter inlet.

Tank
Made of stainless steel with 4 or 6 spray tubes.
Nozzles
They are distributed throughout the machine width. The pressure of the nozzles can be adjusted according to the type of fabric.
Vacuum Bar Under The Bath (Model Bianco® Tnk Evo Plus)
It increases the impregnation thanks to the high exchange between chemical product and fabric, also obtaining a better cleaning of the same.
Rotary Filter
Self-cleaning system capable of filtering residues and impurities; the entire amount of water is reused.
