US-1

The US-1 automatic ultrasonic portioning machine slices food under cold atmosphere by ultrasonic technology, that allows to cut the product without any contact between the blade and the food.

The US-1 is intended for

• pre-cooked and baked food

• all other homogeneous or not homogeneous products not easy to cut
