SVR-4

The SVR-4 painting station performs, by means of robot-mounted syringes, the automatic painting of spectacle frames. Specifically, the loading of the rods (right and left) is performed manually by the operator on dedicated pallets. The presence of the rods on the pallets is monitored by ultrasonic sensors. The cycle start occurs only if the barriers do not read the presence of people/things. After opening the pallet assembly, the painted part can be manually picked up by the operator.
